The basics
What is AI SEO Rainmakers?
AI SEO Rainmakers is a paid community on Skool run by Charles Floate, a British SEO consultant with 18 years in search. It launched on 10 August 2026 and sold its 100 founding seats in seven hours. Members get a weekly live Q&A call, a classroom of 14 courses, CharlesGPT, downloadable repos and skill files, and a daily feed where Charles answers questions himself. Our tour of the Skool group shows each tab.
Who runs it?
Charles Floate runs it and teaches on the weekly call. He started ranking sites at 12, took two Google penalties for teaching black hat in public and sold 25 or more courses under Charles Floate Training before Rainmakers. His full record is on our Charles Floate profile.
Is it the same thing as seo.stream?
Yes, in the sense that both belong to Charles Floate. seo.stream is the sales page and AI SEO Rainmakers is the community it sells. You watch the pitch on seo.stream, then you pay and log in on skool.com. Our seo.stream explainer covers each page of that site and where its numbers disagree with Skool.
Who is it for?
It suits working SEOs: consultants, agencies, affiliates and people who run several sites. It is a poor fit for beginners, because most of the classroom is locked by level on day one and the weekly call assumes you already do SEO. If you are new to search, our five cheaper picks start at free.

Price and payment
How much does AI SEO Rainmakers cost?
$319 per month as of 11 October 2026. The price rises with each block of 25 seats and never comes back down. The Skool page says the next block moves to $329 or more. The rate you join at stays locked while you remain subscribed. Our price history lists every step since the founding seats.
Is there a coupon or discount code?
No. We checked seo.stream and the Skool about page on 11 October 2026 and found no coupon, promo code or discount, and there never has been one. The only saving is joining before the next price step lands. The discount page explains why the codes you see elsewhere do not work.
Is there a refund?
Yes. A 7-day, 100 percent money-back guarantee applies, and you keep anything you downloaded. The one condition on the Skool page is that you DM Charles before you reach Level 3. Level 3 takes 20 likes on your posts, so an active first week can close the window early. The refund rules page quotes the guarantee word for word.
How do I cancel?
In your Skool settings: Settings, Communities, SETTINGS beside the group, then Manage membership. Access runs to the end of the month you paid for. Cancelling does not refund you, so ask Charles for the refund first if you are still inside the 7 days. Our cancellation steps cover the web and the app.
What you get inside
What is in the classroom?
As of 18 October 2026 the Skool about page lists 14 courses and 132 modules. Many courses open only at a Skool level, which you earn by posting and receiving likes. We timed the courses our level could open on 4 September 2026: 6 hours 37 minutes across 27 lessons. The course-by-course curriculum lists each one with its open level.
What is CharlesGPT?
CharlesGPT 3.1 is a custom GPT that comes with a paid seat. Members reach it from a link in the community sidebar, and a short two-lesson course explains what to feed it. It is a tool inside the membership, and it is not sold on its own. Our CharlesGPT explainer covers the version number confusion.
What is the Dark Library?
The Dark Library is a classroom course that opens at Level 5. As of 7 September 2026 we were still locked out, so we can report only the classroom card, the bonus line on the Skool about page and the five module names in the sidebar. The Dark Library page lists what a locked member can see.
Is there a live call?
Yes. Charles runs a weekly live Q&A call, held on Wednesdays, and answers member questions on it. Recordings go into the classroom. The call is the main reason working SEOs pay the price, and our honest member review scores it against the rest of the offer.
Joining and access
How do I join?
You join on the Skool page and pay monthly by card. The feed and the first course open within a few minutes. Our four joining steps show what opens on day one.
Where do members log in?
At skool.com, with the Skool account created at checkout. There is no seo.stream login. If the password will not work, our login help page has the fixes.
Is AI SEO Rainmakers legit?
Yes. We paid $269 on 2 September 2026 and got into the Skool group within minutes. Since then we have checked its claims against what sits behind the paywall. As of 17 October 2026 we found no public complaint from a paying member. The legitimacy checklist lists what we could and could not verify.
Can I earn by referring members?
Yes. The affiliate program runs through Skool and pays 50 percent of each monthly payment for as long as the referred member stays. At $319 a month that is $159.50 per member per month. You need an active paid membership to refer. This site earns that commission. The affiliate program page has the cookie and payout rules.
