AI SEO Rainmakers vs AI SEO Mastery Pro: $269 vs $217, Which Skool Group Fits You?
Affiliate disclosure: we paid $269 for our own seat and earn a commission if you join through our links. That does not change the price you pay.
Two paid AI SEO groups on Skool, run by two operators who could not be more different. Charles Floate charges $269 a month for AI SEO Rainmakers and teaches black and gray hat plays on camera. Caleb Ulku charges $217 a month for AI SEO Mastery Pro and teaches local SEO agency owners how to rank client sites with AI. We pay for Rainmakers. We have not paid for Mastery Pro, so every Mastery Pro fact here comes from its public Skool about page and from ippei.com, both checked on 6 September 2026.
Our pick
AI SEO Rainmakers, if you build or rank your own assets and can stomach gray hat. AI SEO Mastery Pro, if you run a local SEO agency and want a repeatable client delivery system. Rainmakers costs $52 more per month, rises $10 every 25 members, and carries a 7-day refund. Mastery Pro is a flat $217 with all sales final. Read the caveats before you pay either one.

Who runs each group
Charles Floate is a British SEO based in Koh Samui, Thailand. He started SEO at 12, got kicked out of school at 15 over hacking, and was Head of SEO at SUSO Digital in London by 17. Google penalised him personally in 2013 and again in 2016 for teaching black hat in public. He has since trained 20,000+ SEOs through 25+ courses, ran a consulting desk at $800k a year by age 27, and as CMO took PressWhizz from $60k to $750k a month before stepping back in July 2026. He launched AI SEO Rainmakers on 10 August 2026. The 100 founding seats sold in 7 hours. More on the Charles Floate page.
Caleb Ulku runs a local SEO agency out of Gulfport, Mississippi. His Skool bio reads: 7-figure local SEO agency owner, former chemical engineer. ippei.com (review dated 22 May 2026) adds that he founded his agency in 2014, spent close to ten years at ExxonMobil as a refinery coordination supervisor, and holds a chemical engineering degree from The Cooper Union plus a master's from Chicago Booth. His signature method is Core 30: build 30 interlinked pages that mirror a client's Google Business Profile categories and services. His Skool account dates to April 2023, and ippei says the community was founded that year.
One is a lifelong SEO who treats Google as an opponent. The other is an engineer who turned a marketing agency into a system. That difference runs through everything below.
Price, and how each one changes
Mastery Pro is simple. The Skool page shows $217 a month, billed monthly, as of 6 Sep 2026. ippei.com quoted $197 a month or $997 a year in May 2026, so the price has moved up $20 since then. We could not find a current annual option on the Skool page.
Rainmakers uses a ladder. Founding members paid $179. The rate then climbed $10 for every 25 seats: $199, $209, on up to $259 for members 101 to 275. Members 276 to 300 pay $269, which is the live rate as of 6 Sep 2026 with 314 members counted on the about page. The next step is $279 at member 301. Your rate locks for as long as you stay subscribed, and Charles says it never comes back down. Full breakdown on our pricing page.
Over 12 months at today's prices the gap is $624. If Rainmakers hits 400 members the newcomer rate reaches $309, and the gap becomes $1,104 a year. Anyone reading a review that quotes $259 is reading something from late August.
Members, reviews and refunds
Mastery Pro has 701 members and 12 admins. Its rating is 4.9 from 10 reviews. Nine are five stars; one four-star review landed on 4 September 2026. For a community that has run since 2023 that is a small review base, which may say more about Caleb not asking for reviews than about the product.
Rainmakers has 314 members and 3 admins after four weeks, with a 5.0 rating from 31 reviews. Every visible review comes from someone 11 to 21 days in. Three times the reviews in a tenth of the time, but none of them yet from someone who has been a member for two months. Brand new is a real caveat.
Refunds separate the two hard. Rainmakers offers a 7-day 100% money back, no questions, and you keep the downloads. The condition on the Skool page is that you DM Charles before you reach level 3, which is a Skool engagement level earned by posting and likes. Mastery Pro's Skool page ends with "All sales final". ippei.com's May 2026 review mentions a 7-day guarantee, but the live page does not, so plan for no refund.
What you get inside
AI SEO Rainmakers
A weekly live Q&A on Wednesdays at 6pm Thailand time (UTC+7). The recordings we watched ran 3h57m across 3 calls, because Charles stays until every question is answered. A classroom of 10 courses and 70 modules, gated by Skool level: on day one most of it was locked, and by day 3 seven of the ten were open. Four downloadable repos (parasite-builder, build-agent, mini-brain, and a monthly Operator roadmap through December 2026), a Claude Skills Library, CharlesGPT 3.1 as a custom GPT, and on 5 September a drop of 100+ AI SEO skill files covering local agency, ecommerce and site recovery work. The feed passed 540 posts in three weeks. Total classroom video we measured: 6h37m across 27 lessons, and about 60% of that is the call recordings. The curriculum page lists every course with its lesson count.

AI SEO Mastery Pro
The Skool page lists six things for $217: weekly Zoom calls with Caleb, all advanced training modules, the exact AI prompts his agency uses, techniques to get ChatGPT to recommend local businesses, beta access to the Core 30 AI Agent (which builds local SEO content for clients at scale), and Caleb's active participation in the community. ippei.com names five course tracks: Modern SEO, AI SEO Mastery, AI-Powered Success on Upwork, Build Your Virtual Team, and SEO Bootcamp. We cannot confirm video hours or lesson counts because we are not members. If you want that detail, ask in the Skool feed before you pay, since there is no refund.
Teaching style
Charles teaches like someone who has been penalised twice and kept going. Black and gray hat plays sit in the open: parasite SEO, a Dark Library course that includes a "Bypass Fable Safeguards" lesson, live site teardowns. He answers questions on the call with specifics, and he ships code. The repos and the vibe-coding course expect you to open a terminal. The Foundations course runs 9 lessons and 38 minutes of video, with a tracking sheet and a 7-day plan attached. It is dense and it assumes you already do SEO.
Caleb's page pitches the calls as the product. His own words: weekly calls where he breaks down what is working in members' businesses and solves their problems live. The framing throughout is agency delivery for local clients, with AI used to cut research and content time. ippei's main worry, in its May 2026 review, is that heavy AI content use can drag quality down. That is a fair flag for any prompt-library approach and it applies to parts of Rainmakers too.
Who each group suits
Pick Rainmakers if
- You rank your own sites, affiliate assets or parasite pages
- You want AI-search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) as the main job
- You can run a terminal or want to learn
- Gray hat does not scare you or your clients
- You want a 7-day exit if it is not for you
Pick Mastery Pro if
- You sell SEO to local businesses and need a delivery system
- Google Business Profile and service pages are your daily work
- You want a flat price that does not climb
- You prefer white hat you can show a client
- You want a group with three years of history behind it
There is a third answer. Neither, if you are new to SEO. Our review scored Rainmakers 2.8 out of 5 for beginner friendliness. Mastery Pro's Core 30 is easier to follow, but $217 with no refund is a hard first purchase. See our best AI SEO Skool communities list for the free and cheaper groups, and the alternatives page for what else we would pay for.
Our pick, with the caveats
We chose Rainmakers, and we still would. The weekly call with direct answers, the repos, and the pace of new material (100+ skill files dropped on 5 September) are the reasons. Our sister review scored it 4.8 out of 5.
Three caveats. First, we have not paid for Mastery Pro, so this is one side seen from inside and one side seen from the door. Second, Rainmakers is the most expensive group in the category and the price only goes up. Third, the black and gray hat lean is a feature for some and a deal-breaker for compliance-heavy teams. If you work in a regulated vertical or answer to a legal department, Caleb's group is the safer buy. We also compare Rainmakers to a much cheaper AI-citation group in Rainmakers vs The New Search.
Whichever group you pick, a single AI SEO Rainmaker seat or a Mastery Pro seat is a month-to-month test. Give it four weeks, attend every call, and cancel if you are not applying what you learn.

Yes, and some people will. They overlap less than the names suggest. Mastery Pro is a local SEO agency playbook with a client acquisition angle.
