SEO.Stream Explained: Charles Floate's Sales Page for AI SEO Rainmakers
One more discrepancy, seen on 7 September 2026: the seo.stream home page showed $219 a month in its buy button and value stack while the Skool checkout for the same community showed $269. The Skool page is where the card is charged, so treat it as the price of record and treat seo.stream copy as marketing that lags behind the ladder.
Affiliate disclosure: we paid $269 for our own seat and earn a commission if you join through our links. That does not change the price you pay.
seo.stream is the front door to AI SEO Rainmakers, and it confuses people because it looks like a product of its own. It is a four-page sales site owned by Charles Floate. You watch the pitch there, then pay and log in on Skool. This page explains what sits on each of the four pages, which of its claims we could check after paying $269 on 2 September 2026, where the numbers disagree with each other, and whether it matters which site you click through.
What seo.stream is
seo.stream is a standalone domain that Charles Floate registered to sell his Skool community. It ranked first for most branded searches when we checked on 6 September 2026, ahead of the Skool page itself. Its sitemap lists four indexed pages:
| seo.stream/ | Home. Headline "How to Profit From AI SEO in 2026", a 10:45 video, the live price with a monthly-to-annual toggle, the value stack, testimonials and the join buttons. |
| /about/ | What the community is, who runs it, how it started, the figures it claims, and an FAQ. Prints "$259 per month as of 27 August 2026". |
| /community/ | What happens inside each week, who the members are, paid community versus course, and how access works. Same stale $259. |
| /charles-floate/ | A profile: the record from 2008 to 2026, the method, verified social links and a "Straight Answers" FAQ. Stamped "verified 27 August 2026". |
Two more URLs exist but are not meant to rank. /rainmakers/ is a noindexed lander for paid search, and /join/ redirects. The sitemap carries a comment that a /ai-seo-rainmakers/ brand page is "planned, not yet live". So when you search the brand name today you get seo.stream's home page, and the site is still being built out.
seo.stream versus Skool: where you watch, where you pay
The relationship is simple once you see it. seo.stream is the pitch. Skool is the product. Every "Lock In Your Rate" and "See Inside Rainmakers" button on seo.stream opens skool.com/ai-seo-rainmakers/about, the public about page of the community. That page carries the live price, the member count and the rating, and its join button runs Skool's checkout. Skool takes the card, bills the monthly rate, and handles cancellation.
There is no seo.stream login. We looked for one on 6 September 2026 and it does not exist, because the site has no member area to log into. After you pay, the feed, the classroom, the calendar and the Wednesday call link all live on skool.com. Sign in there with the email and password you set at checkout. If you have lost the way back in, our login page has the steps. Our Skool page walks through the community tab by tab once you are inside.

What the page claims, and what we could check
A sales page is allowed to sell. Our job as paying members is to sort its claims into checked, partly checked and seller's framing. Here is the sort, as of 6 September 2026.
| Price ladder | Checked. $179 for the founding 100, then $199 up in $10 steps every 25 members. Skool showed $269 for members 276 to 300 on 6 September 2026, with $279 next. The rate never comes down and locks for as long as you stay subscribed. Detail on the pricing page. |
| Member count | Checked. seo.stream claims 250-plus within 7 days and 300-plus in three weeks. The Skool about page showed 298 members on 2 September and 314 on 6 September 2026, so the claim holds. |
| 5-star reviews | Checked. 5.0 from 31 reviews on Skool, 6 September 2026. All visible reviewers were 11 to 21 days in. |
| $16,474 per month value stack | Seller's framing. Weekly call $2,499, daily feed $999, private plays $1,997, New Intel reports $497, The Lab $997, Engine Room $497, classroom $2,997, three repos at $1,997 each. None of these is sold separately at that price. The $2,499 is his published one-hour consulting rate, which is the logic behind the whole stack. |
| Weekly call length | Contradictory. The home page says 90 minutes. The community page says 3.5 hours. The three recordings we watched ran 1h10m, 1h13m and 1h32m, an average of 1h19m, so the home page is closer. Charles does stay until every question is answered. We watched recordings only and did not attend live. |
| Classroom size | Partly checked. seo.stream says 10 courses and 70 modules. We count 10 courses, but total video across the seven we could open was 6h37m over 27 lessons, and 60 percent of that is call recordings. The lesson-by-lesson count is on the curriculum page. |
| 1,000-plus posts a day | Unverified. The feed passed 540 posts in its first three weeks. It is active, and Charles answers in threads himself, but we cannot reconcile 1,000 a day with what we see. |
| Stale $259 on subpages | Checked, and wrong. The about, community and profile pages still print "$259 as of 27 August 2026". The rate moved to $269 before we joined on 2 September. Trust the Skool page, not the subpages. |
The testimonials need one more note. The footer on seo.stream says they are real and come from previous courses. Mark Hald of MrQ, Julian Goldie, Edward Sturm and Joshua George are quoted about Charles Floate's earlier training, not about this community, which launched on 10 August 2026. Julian Goldie's line that Charles is "GOATED in SEO" also appears on the Skool page. We cannot verify any income claim in any testimonial, and the site's own footer says it makes no income promises.
The video, the toggle and the exit popup
The home page opens on a 10 minute 45 second video. Charles presents it himself. The structure is the one every launch video uses: the shift in search (he cites the SparkToro and Similarweb figure from June 2026 that 68 percent of searches end without a click, and the Ahrefs finding that CTR at position one drops 34.5 percent under an AI Overview), his own record, what the community contains, and the rising price. We will not transcribe it. If you want the argument, watch it; it is the best 11 minutes of pitch on the site and it is the one place he speaks rather than lists.
Below the video sits the price block with a monthly and annual toggle. The monthly figure is the live Skool rate. The annual figure did not render in our capture on 6 September 2026, so check the toggle yourself before assuming a discount. The about page mentions $1,990 per year alongside the stale $259, so the annual number moves with the monthly ladder.
Move your cursor to leave the page and an exit popup appears. It is an objection handler with several options and ends with a form offering a free "AI Search Baseline SOP" by email. The address it goes to is Charles's own. The popup does not offer a discount, and no coupon or promo code has ever existed for this community. The only price movement since launch has been upward, from $179 to $269.

seo.stream, charles.info and charlesfloate.com
Charles Floate runs at least three sites that mention the community, and searchers mix them up. They do different jobs.
| seo.stream | The sales site. Video, value stack, price toggle, testimonials, four indexed pages. Sends you to Skool. |
| charles.info | A one-page bio: started SEO at 12, penalised by Google in 2013 and 2016, PressWhizz CMO who scaled it from $60k to $750k a month, consulting at $2,499 an hour and $9,999 for a recovery analysis. Links out to everything else he does. |
| charlesfloate.com | His articles. One is "The Best AI SEO Course in 2026: I Scored 19 of Them and Refused to Score My Own", which lists Rainmakers at a stale $259 and says it is not for people with no site, no client and nothing to test. |
All three are his. None is an independent review. Our Charles Floate page pulls the bio together and adds the Reddit and forum history that his own sites leave out.
Should you buy from seo.stream or from Skool directly?
It makes no difference. seo.stream has no checkout. Its buttons open the Skool about page, and Skool bills whatever rate is printed there at that moment. You get the same community, the same 7-day refund and the same locked rate whichever page you start from. The only price advantage anyone has had was the $179 founding rate, and that came from joining in the first 7 hours on 10 August 2026, not from the route.
Our advice is to read seo.stream for the pitch, read our review for the counts, then open the Skool page and check the live price against the ledger below. If it reads $279 or higher, the next 25 seats have sold since 6 September. The refund is 7 days, 100 percent, and the condition on the Skool page is that you ask before you reach Level 3. Searchers who type the singular AI SEO Rainmaker land in the same place; there is one community and one owner.
The sales page itself is at seo.stream. Our join link goes straight to the Skool about page where the payment happens.
Questions people ask
What is seo.stream?
seo.stream is the official sales page for AI SEO Rainmakers, the Skool community run by Charles Floate. As of 6 September 2026 its sitemap lists four indexed pages: the home page with a 10-minute video, an about page, a community page and a Charles Floate profile. Every join button on the site sends you to skool.com/ai-seo-rainmakers/about, where the payment and the community live. It sells the seat; it does not host the community.
Is there a seo.stream login?
No. seo.stream has no login page and no member area. Once you pay, everything happens on skool.com: the feed, the classroom, the calendar and the Wednesday call link. Sign in at skool.com with the email and password you created at checkout, then pick AI SEO Rainmakers from the group switcher. Our login page explains the steps and what to do if the community does not appear in your list.
What does seo.stream say the price is?
The home page carries a live monthly rate and a monthly-to-annual toggle. The about, community and Charles Floate subpages still print $259 per month as of 27 August 2026, which is stale. The Skool about page, which is where you actually pay, showed $269 per month on 6 September 2026 for members 276 to 300. The rate rises $10 every 25 members and never comes back down, so trust the Skool page over any subpage figure.
Should I buy from seo.stream or from Skool directly?
It makes no difference to what you pay or what you get. seo.stream has no checkout of its own; its buttons open the Skool about page, and Skool bills the rate shown there. Watch the video on seo.stream if you want the pitch, then join on Skool. The only price advantage anyone has ever had was the $179 founding rate in August 2026, and that came from timing, not from which page you clicked through.
Is the $16,474 per month value on seo.stream real?
It is the seller's framing, not a market price. The stack assigns $2,499 to the weekly call, $2,997 to the classroom, $5,991 to three downloadable repos and smaller figures to the feed and reports, then totals $16,474. The $2,499 matches the hourly rate Charles Floate charges for consulting, so the logic is that you get his time cheaper. No item in the stack is sold separately at those prices, so treat the total as a comparison he chose, not a discount.
How is seo.stream different from charles.info and charlesfloate.com?
seo.stream sells the community. charles.info is a one-page personal bio with his career record and consulting rates. charlesfloate.com carries his own articles, including a listicle scoring 19 AI SEO courses that pitches Rainmakers at a stale $259. All three are owned by Charles Floate and all three send you to the same Skool page. Only seo.stream has the video, the value stack and the price toggle.
