AI SEO Rainmakers Pricing: $269/mo, Rising $10 Every 25 Members

Affiliate disclosure: we paid $269 for our own seat and earn a commission if you join through our links. That does not change the price you pay.

AI SEO Rainmakers costs $269 per month as of 6 September 2026. The price climbs $10 for every 25 members who join and never drops back. We paid $269 on 2 September, so every number below comes from our own receipt, the Skool about page and the seo.stream sales page.

The short answer

$269/ month

Members 276 to 300 pay $269. The next step is $279 for members 301 to 325. Skool showed 314 members on 6 September, so the $269 tier is close to full. Your rate locks for as long as you stay subscribed. There is a 7-day full refund if you DM Charles Floate before you reach Skool Level 3. No coupon exists.

The full price ladder

The ladder started at $179 for the founding 100 seats, which sold out in 7 hours on 10 August 2026. From member 101 onward the rate rises $10 for each block of 25. Here is the complete ladder as seo.stream displayed it on 6 September 2026.

One caution on the seat count. Skool showed 314 members on 6 September, which sits inside the $279 band on paper, yet seo.stream still displayed $269 with "4 left at this rate". Skool's member figure includes 3 admins and may count people who joined and refunded. The rate you see at checkout is the one that applies, so check it on the day.

How the rate lock works

seo.stream puts it in one line: locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. A founding member who paid $179 on 10 August still pays $179 today. We pay $269 and will keep paying $269 when the public rate reads $299.

The lock has one gap. It protects a continuous subscription only. Cancel in October, rejoin in December, and you enter at December's rate. Treat the decision as a one-way door if the price matters to you.

This is also why the community has no sales, no launch windows and no Black Friday deal to wait for. The ladder replaces all of that. Waiting only costs money.

Monthly or annual

seo.stream carries a monthly and annual toggle above its pricing block. The annual figure did not render in the page copy we captured on 6 September, so we will not guess at it. The Skool about page lists a single $269 monthly plan. If you want to pay yearly, flip the toggle on seo.stream, then compare the total against 12 times the monthly rate you would lock. An annual plan only wins if the saving beats the option to cancel after a bad month.

What $269 a month includes

We have been inside since 2 September. This is what the seat covers, checked against the member area rather than the sales page.

Courses open by Skool level. On day one most of the classroom was locked for us. By day three, seven of ten courses were open. Three stay shut at our level: Live Site Audits and Teardowns, the Private Dark Library and the Level 7 Club.

The $16,474 value stack, and our read of it

seo.stream adds up its own components to "$16,474 per month in value". That figure is the seller's framing, and we list it here so you can see how it was built.

Component (seller's label)Seller's valueOur read
Weekly live call$2,499Priced at his 1-hour consulting rate. The call is the product. Worth paying for if you attend.
Daily feed access to Charles$999He does reply in the feed. Hard to price, real in practice.
Private plays$1,997The gray-hat and black-hat material. Useful only if you will run it.
New Intel reports$497One report was live when we checked. Judge again in a month.
The Lab$997Live tests with URLs. Good signal, not a standalone product.
Engine Room drops$497Prompts and SOPs with test dates. Overlaps with the skill files.
Classroom$2,9976h37m of video, 60% of it call recordings. The written lessons carry more than the video.
Three machines (repos)$5,991The repos are the strongest asset inside. $1,997 each is a made-up retail price for code you could not buy elsewhere.
Total$16,474Ignore the total. Pay for the call, the repos and the skill library. The rest is bundled.

Our own scoring on value for money is 3.5 out of 5. The full reasoning sits in the review.

The 7-day refund and the Level 3 rule

The guarantee is 7 days, 100% money back, no questions asked, and you keep everything you downloaded. seo.stream repeats that wording more than once. The Skool about page adds one line the sales page does not: DM me BEFORE level 3.

A Skool level is an engagement rank. You earn points when other members like your posts and comments, and each level opens at a points threshold. Level 2 opens at 5 points. Level 3 opens at 20 on Skool's standard ladder, and inside Rainmakers it also opens the Vibe Coding course and the call recordings. Level 4 needs 65 and Level 5 needs 155.

So the refund window has two clocks. One is 7 days. The other is your own activity. Post a lot in week one, collect 20 likes, and you can pass Level 3 on day 4 with the refund gone. If you are testing the community before committing, read more than you post until you have decided.

What Charles Floate charges outside the community

The consulting rates on charles.info give the $269 some context. A 15-minute call is $799. A 1-hour strategy session is $2,499. A Recovery Analysis is $9,999. One month of Rainmakers costs about a third of the 15-minute call and buys a seat on four 90-minute-plus calls where he takes questions from the room.

That comparison is the whole pitch, and it holds as long as you show up. Members who never join a Wednesday call or watch the recordings are paying $269 for a feed and a classroom, and there are cheaper ways to buy those.

Is there a discount, coupon or trial?

No. We checked seo.stream and the Skool about page on 6 September 2026. There is no coupon field at checkout, no promo code, no free trial and no lower tier. The founding $179 rate ended on day one. The rate only rises.

Two stale figures float around the web. Subpages of seo.stream still say $259 as of 27 August. Charles's own listicle at charlesfloate.com/ai-seo-course also pitches $259. Both are out of date. The live number is on the Skool about page.

How $269 compares with other AI SEO Skool groups

Rainmakers is the most expensive AI SEO community we track, by a wide margin. AI Profit Boardroom by Julian Goldie is $59 a month with 3,000+ members, though it covers broad AI business rather than SEO. AI Ranking is $27 a month with 697 members. For AI SEO Mastery Pro, The New Search and AI SEO Operators, check each Skool page for the current price, because those figures move.

We line all of them up on the best AI SEO Skool communities page and on the alternatives page, with the head-to-head against AI SEO Mastery Pro as the closest match on subject.

The gap in price mirrors a gap in target member. Rainmakers is built for people who already bill for SEO. The cheaper rooms are built for people who are learning it. If you type "AI SEO Rainmaker" into Google looking for a beginner course, the cheaper rooms are the better fit.

Is $269 worth it?

Our answer depends on one question: does SEO already pay you? If one AI search retainer at $2,000 a month or one affiliate citation would cover the seat many times over, the maths is easy and the weekly call alone justifies the fee. If you are still learning what a canonical is, $269 a month for a level-gated classroom is hard to defend, and seo.stream says the same in its own FAQ.

Our full verdict, 4.8 out of 5 with the scoring split, is on the review page. How the Skool community itself runs day to day is on the Skool page.

Questions people ask

How much does AI SEO Rainmakers cost right now?

As of 6 September 2026 the price is $269 per month in US dollars. That rate applies to members 276 to 300. When those seats fill the price moves to $279 for members 301 to 325, then $289, then $299. The step is always $10 for every 25 new members. Skool showed 314 members on 6 September, so the $269 tier is close to finished.

Is there an AI SEO Rainmakers discount or coupon code?

No. We found no coupon, promo code, free trial or lower tier on seo.stream or the Skool about page as of 6 September 2026. The pricing model runs the other way: the rate rises $10 every 25 members and never returns to an earlier level. The only way to pay less is to join earlier. Charles Floate's own listicle still pitches $259, which is a stale figure from late August.

Does my rate stay the same after the price goes up?

Yes. seo.stream states the rate is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. A member who joined at $179 in the founding 100 still pays $179 while later members pay $269 or more. If you cancel and rejoin later you enter at whatever the ladder shows on that day, so the lock only protects a continuous subscription.

What is the seo.stream price and is it different from the Skool price?

seo.stream is the sales page and Skool is where you pay, so the price is the same product. The seo.stream home page showed $269 per month on 6 September 2026 and the Skool about page showed the same figure. Some seo.stream subpages still displayed $259 as of 27 August, which is out of date. Trust the Skool about page when the two disagree.

How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?

You have 7 days from payment to ask for a full refund, no questions asked, and you keep anything you downloaded. The Skool about page adds one condition: send Charles a direct message before you reach Level 3. Levels are Skool engagement ranks earned when other members like your posts, so heavy posting in week one can close the refund window before day 7.

Is there an annual plan for AI SEO Rainmakers?

seo.stream shows a monthly and annual toggle above its pricing block. The annual figure did not render in the page copy we captured on 6 September 2026, so we cannot quote it. The Skool about page lists only the $269 monthly rate. If an annual option matters to you, flip the toggle on seo.stream before you pay and compare it with 12 times the monthly rate you would lock.

Is AI SEO Rainmakers worth $269 a month?

It is worth $269 if you already earn from SEO and one AI search retainer or affiliate win would cover several months of fees. We measured 6h37m of video, four downloadable repos and 100+ skill files behind the paywall, plus a weekly call with Charles Floate. It is not worth $269 for beginners, because the classroom is level-gated and the material assumes you already operate.
