AI SEO Rainmakers Refund Policy: 7-Day Money-Back, One Condition
Affiliate disclosure: we paid $269 for our own seat in AI SEO Rainmakers and earn a commission if you join through our links. That does not change the price you pay. This site is independent and cannot issue or process refunds.
AI SEO Rainmakers offers a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee. The Skool about page attaches one condition: you must DM Charles Floate before you reach Level 3. That condition matters more than it looks, because an active member can pass Level 3 inside the first week. This page quotes the guarantee word for word, explains the level system, shows what Skool's own help centre says about cancelling and refunds, and gives the exact steps to request your money back. We paid $269 on 2 September 2026 and have not requested a refund, so this page reads the published terms. It does not test the process.
Short answer
Refunds exist, they are Charles's decision under his own guarantee, and the clock runs from your first charge. Skool does not refund you itself. If the community is not for you, send Charles a direct message inside Skool within 7 days and before your profile hits Level 3. Do that, and the page says he will refund you in full. Miss either condition and you are outside the written terms.
The guarantee, verbatim
The Skool about page for AI SEO Rainmakers, checked 7 September 2026, carries this line at the bottom of the bonuses section:
"100% 7 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: If you don't think it's worth it in your first week, DM me BEFORE level 3 & I'll refund you."
That sentence fixes three things. The window is 7 days, the request goes to Charles by DM, and it has to land before Level 3. The about page gives no other conditions. seo.stream, the sales page, adds that you keep the downloads.
What "before Level 3" means
Skool gives every member a level. You earn points when other members like your posts and comments, and the level climbs as the points add up. Rainmakers uses those levels to gate the classroom: course 3, Learn Vibe Coding for AI SEO, opens at Level 3, the Live Site Audits course opens at Level 4, the Dark Library at Level 5, and the Level 7 Club card says reaching Level 7 takes 2,015 likes.
The refund condition is tied to the same number. Once you have engaged enough to open the Level 3 material, the first week is no longer a trial. From his side, a member who has posted, been liked and opened the vibe-coding course has consumed the product.
This can bite a keen member. The feed passed 540 posts in its first three weeks, and a new member who introduces themselves in the pinned START HERE thread (114 comments on 7 September), answers a few questions and shares a build can collect likes fast. Seven of ten courses, including the Level 2 Tools and Repos course, were open to us by day 3. A more active member could cross Level 3 inside the week and, by the letter of the guarantee, lose the refund before the 7 days are up.
If you are on the fence, decide before you post much. Read, watch a call recording, open the courses you can, and make the call by day 5 or 6.

You keep the downloads
seo.stream states that a refunded member keeps the downloads. Inside the Tools and Repos course, the download lesson on 7 September lists four items: The Autonomous Agent, The Brain Engine, the Parasite SEO Pipeline and the Rank Intelligence Suite, plus the Claude Skills Library. The 100-plus skill files Charles added on 5 September are also files. Pull them in week one and refund, and the sales page says they are yours. The weekly call, the feed and the courses go when your access goes.
How billing runs, and who refunds you
Your card is charged by Skool Payments, the platform's built-in billing. Charles Floate is the group owner, which makes him the merchant of record for the community and the person who decides refunds. Skool's help centre is explicit that the platform does not step in. From the article "How to seek a refund for the most recent transaction" (help.skool.com/article/116, read 7 Sep 2026):
"You must reach out to the group admins on Skool Chat or the company support email to whom the group belongs to seek the respective refund."
The same article says "payment-related terms and conditions are set by the group admins for their group", and that cancelling or leaving a group does not trigger a refund on its own. Once a refund is approved, the article says it takes "around 7-10 business days" to show on the original payment method. So the guarantee on the about page is the whole policy.
You can check what you were charged under your profile settings. Skool's article "How to see my payment history" (help.skool.com/article/97) says to click your profile picture, choose Settings, then Payment history, and pick the month to open the receipt. Our receipt for 2 September reads $269.
How to cancel, and what happens to access
Cancelling is separate from refunding. Skool's article "How to cancel my membership to a community" (help.skool.com/article/99, read 7 Sep 2026) gives the web path: profile picture, Settings, the Communities tab, the SETTINGS button beside the group, then Manage membership. On the mobile app it is the three-dots menu, Group Settings, Manage Membership.
On access after cancelling, the article states:
"You will be removed from the group at the end of your billing cycle."
The article also recommends cancelling at least 24 hours before the next rebilling date. A member who wants the money back has to do two things: DM Charles for the refund, and cancel the membership so the next month does not bill. Cancelling alone leaves the $269 where it is.
Monthly, annual, and the price lock
seo.stream shows a monthly and annual toggle. The annual figure did not render in our capture, so check the toggle on seo.stream before you assume a discount. Skool's own article on changing plans (help.skool.com/article/193) says "the annual plan shows, if available, when you click the purchase button". Whether an annual payment falls under the same 7-day guarantee is not stated on the about page or in that article, so check Skool's help centre and ask Charles before paying a year up front.
The lock is the other consequence to weigh. The rate ladder started at $179 for the founding 100, climbed through $199 to $259 for members 101 to 275, sits at $269 for seats 276 to 300, and moves to $279 at seat 301. It adds $10 every 25 members and never comes down. Your rate holds for as long as you stay subscribed. Refund and leave, and a return later costs whatever the ladder says that day. Someone who refunds at $269 this week and rejoins in November could be paying $299 or more. The pricing page tracks the ladder, and the discount page explains why no coupon has ever existed.
How this compares with AI SEO Mastery Pro
The nearest rival, AI SEO Mastery Pro by Caleb Ulku, prints "All sales final" on its Skool about page at $217 a month (verified 6 September 2026). Rainmakers charges $52 more and gives you 7 days. For a buyer who is unsure, the more expensive group carries the smaller risk in week one. The full head-to-head is at Rainmakers vs AI SEO Mastery Pro.

This site cannot refund you
AISEORainmaker.com is an independent review site. We are a paying member and an affiliate. We do not hold your payment and cannot see your Skool account, so we cannot open a refund on your behalf. Emailing us costs you days inside a 7-day window. If you searched for "AI SEO Rainmaker refund" and landed here, go to Charles inside Skool. Members log in at skool.com, never on seo.stream. The login page explains that.
Step by step: requesting the refund
- Confirm your charge date. Profile picture, Settings, Payment history. The 7 days run from that first charge.
- Check your level on your Skool profile. If you are at Level 1 or 2, you are inside the condition. If you are at Level 3, the written guarantee no longer covers you, though you can still ask.
- Open a direct message to Charles Floate inside the community (Skool handle charles-floate-8318) and ask for the refund under the 7-day guarantee. State your join date. Keep it short.
- Cancel the membership: Settings, Communities tab, SETTINGS beside AI SEO Rainmakers, Manage membership. This stops the next charge. Per Skool, you stay in the group until the billing cycle ends.
- Watch the original payment method. Skool's help article says a processed refund takes around 7 to 10 business days to appear.
- If you hear nothing from Charles, Skool's refund article also names "the company support email to whom the group belongs". We have not confirmed which address that is for Rainmakers, so treat it as the second attempt.
Two things we cannot tell you because no source states them: how quickly Charles answers refund DMs, and whether he has ever declined one. The 31 public reviews as of 7 September are all from members 11 to 21 days in, so every reviewer stayed past the window. Read our full review and the legitimacy check before you pay.
Questions people ask
Does AI SEO Rainmakers offer a refund?
Yes. The Skool about page, checked 7 September 2026, states a 100% 7-day money-back guarantee. The exact wording is: if you do not think it is worth it in your first week, DM Charles before Level 3 and he will refund you. The request goes to Charles Floate by direct message inside Skool. Skool itself does not decide refunds. Its help centre says group admins set the payment terms.
What does "DM me before Level 3" mean?
Skool gives members a level that rises as their posts and comments collect likes. Rainmakers uses levels to gate courses, with the vibe-coding course opening at Level 3. The refund condition uses the same number: you must ask for the refund before your profile reaches Level 3. An active new member can pass Level 3 inside a week, so decide early if you are unsure.
How do I cancel my AI SEO Rainmakers membership?
Skool's help article 99 gives the web path: click your profile picture, choose Settings, open the Communities tab, click SETTINGS beside the group, then Manage membership. On the app it is the three-dots menu, Group Settings, Manage Membership. Skool says you are removed at the end of your billing cycle and recommends cancelling at least 24 hours before the rebill date. Cancelling does not refund you on its own.
How long does a Skool refund take?
Skool's help article on seeking a refund for the most recent transaction, read 7 September 2026, says an approved refund takes around 7 to 10 business days to appear on the original payment method. That clock starts after the group admin, Charles Floate in this case, approves the request. We have not tested the process ourselves, so we cannot say how fast he replies.
Do I keep the downloads if I refund?
seo.stream says yes. Files you downloaded in the first week, such as the four repos in the Tools and Repos course and the skill files added on 5 September 2026, stay on your machine. You lose the weekly call, the feed, the course pages and anything you had not downloaded. Treat the guarantee as a paid trial, and pull the files you want before you decide.
Is the annual plan refundable?
Neither the Skool about page nor Skool's plan-change article states whether an annual payment is covered by the 7-day guarantee. seo.stream shows a monthly and annual toggle, but the annual figure did not render in our capture. Check the toggle, check Skool's help centre, and ask Charles by DM before paying a year in advance. We would not assume the same terms apply.
If I refund and rejoin later, do I keep my $269 rate?
No. The rate locks only while you stay subscribed. The ladder adds $10 every 25 members and never comes down, so a member who refunds at $269 and rejoins later pays whatever the Skool page shows that day, $279 after seat 300 and higher after that. The refund removes your risk in week one but forfeits the price lock.
Can AISEORainmaker.com process my refund?
No. This is an independent review site run by a paying member who earns an affiliate commission. We do not hold your payment and cannot see your Skool account. Refunds are decided by Charles Floate under his own guarantee and processed through Skool Payments. Message him inside Skool within 7 days of your first charge and before Level 3.
